WAYNE, Nebraska — Registration is now open for the 2026 North American Manure Expo, taking place July 28–30 in Wayne, NE.
The event begins July 28 with a full day of off-site tours. Attendees get to choose one of five multi-stop tours, each highlighting the innovation, research and practical approaches shaping agriculture and nutrient management across Nebraska. With limited seating available on every tour bus, attendees are encouraged to register early to secure their spot.
Tour participants will visit farms, research sites and agricultural businesses that show how manure management can support productive, responsible and efficient operations. The lineup

The program also includes a family fun experience designed for visitors of all ages, highlighting agriculture, wildlife and Nebraska history.
“The various tours on July 28 offer participants the opportunity to see first-hand how livestock operations in Nebraska are using innovative solutions to address nutrient management challenges,” said Leslie Johnson, Animal Manure Management Extension Educator with Nebraska Extension. “Participants can choose from tours featuring a farm-to-fork beef and swine operation, pivot distribution of manure, poultry processing, a deep-pit beef barn, a regenerative farm, composting facilities, a robotic dairy and Nebraska history.
“Seats are limited and tours will fill up, so register now to reserve your seat on the tour that interests you most.”
The Expo continues July 29 and 30 with live demonstrations, educational sessions and a massive trade shows. Attendees can see solid and liquid manure demonstrations, manure agitation, spill response and hose release demonstrations, as well as confined-space safety training. The Expo is not only the sole North American farm show dedicated to the management and application of livestock manure but is also the only show of its kind where manure equipment – including solid
and liquid spreaders, agitation equipment and more – is displayed in action, side-by-side for comparisons.
