American Dairymen has a Podcast?????
That’s right! The American Dairymen has a podcast that was launched earlier this year. After the successful launch of our sister podcast, The American Cattlemen Podcast, we decided it was time to take a run at the Dairy industry. This is an exciting way for us to provide you, the producer, with industry news and happenings as well as new products and any other exciting information about the dairy industry.
The podcast will feature industry professionals sharing the newest innovations in equipment, pharmaceuticals and more. We will have live recordings from industry events such as the upcoming World Dairy Expo and Central Plains Dairy Expo. The American Dairymen takes it’s role within the Dairy industry very seriously. We know people have different preferences to get their information, so we want to provide as many avenues to disseminate news and information to everyone. Be sure to check out the podcast at www.americandairymen.com/podcasts or search for us on your favorite podcast platform.
In this issue of American Dairymen you will find industry columns featuring ways to maintain your herd’s health from proper flooring to udder health and biosecurity. You will also see industry features from some great companies sharing their products that will help your operation. These articles cover topics from boosting efficiencies and maintaining your herd’s health to manure management. We even touch on Dairy Goats and different supplements to improve their health.
Lasty, I want to thank all of our dairy producers for the long days and sleepless nights. We recognize the challenges and are grateful for your hard work and desire to produce the best product for us, the consumer. Have a safe rest of the summer.
Regards,
Dustin Hector – Publisher
